Surgical ICU Patient Information Board
This 24”x 36” patient information dry erase sign has information specific for ICU patients. ICU patient rooms often have a couple different patients in a 24 hour period. These information boards or signs may be erased and data re-entered frequently. They need a hard use dry erase surface and Murerase is the ideal solution. Our heat transferred printing won’t fade or come off no matter how many times the board is erased or cleaned. |

This is another standard size board that we make for patient rooms. It is a simple 18” wide by 24” high board. The graphics are simple without any hospital information except the hospital logo that is “watermarked” into the background of the board. Neurology Tracking Board For Henry Ford Medical Center
This is a large board with very little graphics and no text. It is 48” high by 72” wide. The only graphics are to boxes formed with a light blue grid. No text is see except the Henry Ford logo watermarked in the middle of the board. This format allows the maximum flexibility and still remains a custom board. We do graphics to suit our customer. |

Surgery Patient Communication Board
This large (48” wide by 36”high) board is for communicating vital and complete information about a specific patient who is in surgery. Unlike a typical patient information sign in a typical room, this board has information that is detailed and specific to the patient while in control of surgery. Everyone and everything (Items placed in wound) is accounted for when this board is used. These boards are filled out and reused many times per day. They have to be the best boards available, and Murerase boards fill the bill. |

Unusual Patient Information
This 18”wide by 24” patient information board has different information than is typical. The actual information is simple, and the additional information on the right side unique to Parkview Regional Hospital. It instructs patients to be careful of falls and asks them to “Call…Don’t Fall”. We are pleased to work with our customers to give them the boards they want. We found a nurse icon for this board that suited the buyer. We can consult on the type of font that can be easily read. We want you to have a board that suits your purposes. |

Surgical Checklist
This is a 24”wide by 36”high board to be used in a surgery. It is in checklist format and is used many times every day. They need an easily erased board that cleans up completely. This is a hard use dry erase board. The printing can’t come off or fade. The graphics are chemically crosslinked into the clear surface so they don’t collect ink and create a mess. This is a workhorse board that will last and perform exactly what is required. |

Dry Erase
The Tulane Hospital for Children is part of the Tulane University Hospital and the Tulane School of Medicine. The designer of this markerboard wanted to bring some color and a child’s theme to the décor into this pediatric environment. We don’t charge anything extra for 4-color printing. We digitally print, so the variety and use of color didn’t cost anything.
The utility of the boards is embedded in the unique dry erase coat on our whiteboards. The text, grid and all of the 4-color design is permanently chemically cross linked into the surface. No surface printing to fail in a short time. |

Miami Children's Hospital
The patient information boards are placed in each child's room and contains the appropriate information necessary to provide the care needed for each individual patient. The boards were 24"x 36". They are magnetic and framed in aluminum framing.
The art was furnished by the customer. Although the images and overall design is striking, the cost of the board did not increase at all. Our printing technology gives you the opportunity to create a unique, beautiful piece of art out of a utilitarian, working patient information board without spending any additional money. |

This is another patient information board. It has the unique information that is required by this medical facility. They are 24"x36" magnetic boards. They are laminated and framed. We shipped them with the hanging brackets for simple attachment to the wall in the patient rooms. Nurses and doctors write on these boards many times every day. The imaging and the dry erase surface are made for hard use for many years. |

Pediatric Ward - Patient Sign
This is a magnetic sign that was printed for an OEM supplier. It will be framed and installed as a patient information board in a Pediatric Ward. The addition of 4-color printing cost the customer nothing, and added color and interest for the children. Custom dry erase that will last indefinitely is our forte. |

Dry Erase & Cork
This is a smaller board (18"x 24") which has both a dry erase and corkboard. The dry erase is custom printed, magnetic which permits the use of magnetic attachment of the dry erase pen and eraser. The result is that the folks using the board use a dry erase pen which is readily available and do not use a permanent marker. The eraser is used instead of paper or some cleaner that may not be suitable.
The cork side provides for the attachment of paper notes with direction that is more easily attached to the patient's board than written on the dry erase side of the board. We made these boards with the dry erase on either the right or left side of the board based on the customer's direction and to suit the position in the room of each board. |

Patient Cork Board
This is a typical custom magnetic whiteboard for patient rooms in hospitals with the exception that we added a cork section on the bottom of the board for messages, notices or any paper communication that can be pinned to the board. This added feature can be added to any whiteboard to make is more useful and to satisfy our customers' requirements. |
